Good Lander Studios is a state of art recording facility with a warm living room feel. It was designed by Joshua Niles and Marc Scibilia and is located in East Nashville TN. It features 23-ft high, vaulted ceilings (fabritract lined for sound absorption) in the combined tracking / mixing room. The space is flooded with natural light from the 9 large windows throughout including 2 skylights. The long list of curated instruments are always ready to record so no ideas are forgotten due to traditionally long studio set up times. There are 32-inputs, customizable to each client as needed, a massive 72-in monitor screen and photo studio-quality dropdown backdrop. In short, this space was created to be inspiring visually and get ideas down as fast as possible. The studio is in a residential neighborhood and is enclosed with an 8-ft lockable privacy fence and driveway parking. It also features a screened in porch and firepit.
